I am a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist. I believe that the quality of our most intimate relationships is a major factor in our mental well-being in all of life. I seek to help people find more satisfaction in both their lives and their relationships. I approach all issues, individual or relational, with an eye on the surrounding relationships and greater systems, past and present, that are impacting my clients. I have training in Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples and individuals and work to understand my clients’ need for secure attachment.
