I’m a survivor who knows how difficult it can be to find a therapist who feels safe when you’ve been hurt before. I have a deep understanding of the harm that can come from power imbalances between clients and their providers, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where you can exist authentically without fear of judgement. Clients of all backgrounds and walks of life are welcome in my office. My practice is trauma-informed, safe for 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, BIPOC-friendly, disability-inclusive, neurodivergence-affirming, kink-aware, nonmonogamy-friendly, & sex-worker allied.

I work primarily with complex trauma, neurodivergence, sex & relationships, chronic illness & disability, minority stress, issues related to systemic oppression, misdiagnosis & suspected diagnosis, therapy & medical trauma, anxiety, depression, & identity. I enjoy working with adults, couples & multi-partnered systems, and children & teens. I invite my clients to be as comfortable as possible while in my office – feel free to kick off your shoes, bring a blanket or a stuffed animal! I believe that access to safe and affirming healthcare should be a right and not a privilege, and the aim of my practice is to make mental health care accessible to those who have faced barriers seeking help in the past.
