Leslie Weber, MS, Doctoral Intern
I am a doctoral candidate in Counseling Psychology at Oklahoma State University. I believe that the therapeutic process is collaborative with an emphasis on the client and their lived experiences. Central to my work is the exploration of identities and resulting experiences of power and/or marginalization.
My goal is to create a safe and affirming therapeutic space that allows clients to be their authentic selves while working through their issues. I enjoy working with LGBTQ+ folks, individuals and partners experiencing relationship difficulties, survivors of interpersonal violence, and those who have had adverse experiences related to purity culture. My work is sex-positive, kink and nonmonogamy affirming, and sex worker allied.
