Belonging and love are among the components of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs. Under that umbrella: intimacy and connection. Touch is vital to our health, and yet, many of us struggle with lack of touch/intimacy in silence, thinking that we are the only ones with a problem. As a psychotherapist specializing in sexual and relationship health, I desire to assist you in identifying your intimate and relational needs and desires and successfully moving toward reconnection, fulfillment, and empowerment.
