Our sexuality belongs to us – not to the expectations of others, to society, and not even to our partner. Yet, there are few areas of our lives that are as loaded with preconceptions of what is and isn’t normal. Do couples with different expectations of intimacy find a balance? Is it possible for a relationship to survive infidelity? How do we heal from sexual trauma? What is healthy, and how can we move from surviving to thriving? I am committed to helping you explore who you are and what you need in order to have an emotionally and sexually fulfilling life, whether you are single or in an intimate relationship.

As a graduate of the OSU Marriage and Family Therapy program, I am trained to work with individuals, couples, and partners in other types of relationships and help them navigate a wide variety of challenges, including trauma, addiction, relational distress, life transitions, etc.

I enjoy walking alongside my clients and providing a safe and judgment-free space for them to create the change they need and achieve emotional and sexual well-being.
