There are many reasons individuals may seek counseling. Some may seek healing and a healthier way of being within the world around them. Some may need another person to witness their story and help them explore options for the present and future. As a clinical intern, the focus of my work has been recovery and healing from sexual abuse, intimate partner violence, and trauma. I also work with individuals and partnered systems who struggle with addiction, conflict with out-of-control sexual behavior, betrayal and infidelity, depression, anxiety, and issues occurring within faith communities, with specific attention to Christian and Latter-Day Saint communities.

I view counseling through a collaborative lens and look forward to working with clients who may find themselves stuck or struggling in the above areas. I have a sex-positive outlook and take a holistic approach to counseling. I look forward to meeting you and working together.
