Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counseling Candidate in the state of Oklahoma. I know that starting therapy can be challenging, and the first step is finding the right therapist for you. My approach to counseling is free of judgments, sex-positive, and trauma-informed. I work with teens ages 13-17 and with adults (18+) who are single, partnered, and/or in multi-partnered systems. I provide therapy for issues related to sex, intimacy, relationships, sexuality and gender, multicultural experiences, neurodiversity, anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and life transitions.

I am passionate about providing a space that feels welcoming, safe, culturally competent, and inclusive to clients of all identities and backgrounds, in bodies of all sizes and abilities. I utilize collaboration, empathy, curiosity, and mindfulness to help build trust and empower clients in their autonomy. I have a background in sex education and communication, and I bring those skills with me into the therapy room. My practice is BDSM/kink, 2SLGBTQIA+, non-monogamy, and sex worker affirming.
