Sophi Rega, LPC Candidate

Hi! I am an LPC Candidate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Professional Counseling from the University of Oklahoma. I work with adults in individual therapy, couples, and partnered systems. My areas of interest include relationship dynamics, sexuality, intimacy concerns, communication, identity exploration, relationship transitions, and the many questions that can arise as we try to understand our selves and our relationships more deeply.

I believe people flourish when they are given space to understand the “why” behind their thoughts, desires, patterns, and experiences. We are constantly shaped by our relationships, environments, and the expectations placed upon us by ourselves and others. Sometimes we find ourselves feeling disconnected from our bodies, identities, desires, relationships, or even from ourselves. My goal is to help clients identify and better understand these patterns while creating movement toward authenticity, connection, confidence, compassion, pleasure, and agency.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, curious, and direct. I value creating a space where clients feel both supported and gently challenged. I recognize that understanding yourself and figuring out what you want can feel exciting, overwhelming, confusing, and at times anxiety-provoking. Therapy can be a place to workshop those questions with someone who is compassionate and genuinely curious alongside you.

My practice is LGBTQIA+, consensual non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, sex work, and multicultural identity affirming. I strive to create an inclusive and relational space where clients feel empowered to explore themselves, their relationships, and the many ways people experience love, intimacy, and connection.
